It is reported that due to the classes that the gym monitor, Juan Manuel Morales, will provide children of CP Daidín in Benahavis, the municipal gym closed on 25, 26 and January 27, 2011 from 12:30 to 13:30.
The afternoon schedule will not be affected for this reason.
These classes are directed to all municipal and school children are basically focused on how to keep good posture when sitting, like lifting weights without causing damage to our column etc, etc.
They are also basic information on eating habits and what foods are more beneficial to us and which we must avoid.
