This beautiful mountain village boasts of having the widest gastronomical offer on the coast. Know as the dining room of the Costa del Sol for its numerous restaurants and bars, its gastronomy is based on pork, lamb and game products, offering the typical cuisine of a mountain close to the sea. The most characteristic dishes are rabbit and partridge stew. Suckling pig, venison, marinated or grilled steak and fillet, paella, water chorizo or bull’s tail, apart from the ample rage of sea specialties you can savior like “pill pill prawns”.
