Last weekend Benahavis/Nueva Alcantara entered a team in the Spanish Veterans Padel Championship held in Cadiz. Our team, including the mayor Jose Antonio Mena, won their section and will now play in the final to be held at Club Padel Leku, Vitoria from the 18^th till the 20^th of November 2011.

The Escuela de Hosteleria in Benahavis (Mediterranean Cookery School) are opening their doors for the coming season on Monday October 10th.(13:30 – 15:30 Monday to Friday)The special “menu meridado” are dishes accompanied by suitable wines and will be served on Monday and Wednesday..
